Yes.. The Homestuck bug has bitten me once more. So here is another image about my head canon for Gamzee. Where It is kinda like a separate self that shoves the kind good hearted Gamzee we know away. Hidden behind a mask of cruelty the Highblood that we all know him to be hidden inside that clown mask of his.
It is like a split personality in my head you could say, that can be reflected in hsi behavior.. ugh I don't think I am explaining this right. But in any case...~!

In this image it is kinda like on the left Gamzee is trying desperately to claw his way out of that room to get to his friends that he is killing and can't seem to do anything about. And on the other side is the murderous self that he has lost control of, merely talking and toying with some of that Special Stardust that they so love.

Gamzee and Tarvos belong to the creator of Homestuck.

All art belongs to me.

Whenever I see people's works like these I just whisper "Poor baby..." because I just can't imagine the pain he goes through on either side of the mirror, and the same thought must be going through their heads almost every minute of the day... "This isn't me..."

I agree with you there, the idea that he could go from this adorable lovable clown to a destructive murderous troll was just.. hard for me to wrap my head around. I guess that is kinda where this headcanon came in for me.
